Every store tracks different things. Custom Fields let you capture exactly the details that matter to yours — an author, a publisher, a material, an edition, a serial number — and then use them across Stashlify.
Define Your Own Fields
Add custom fields for your stock items and for your products, with the type that fits — text, number, date, or a dropdown of options. They appear automatically when you add or edit stock and on the product form. You can also turn the built-in fields (Size, Condition, Sport, Brand…) on or off so the forms only show what you actually use.
See Them as Columns
Your custom fields show up as columns on the Inventory and Products tables. Drag to reorder them, hide the ones you don't need, and your layout is saved to your account.
Filter and Bulk-Edit
Narrow your catalog with a filter for any custom field, and set a field's value across many items at once with bulk update — leave the rest untouched.
In Exports and on Stock Details
Custom fields are included in your data exports, and a stock item's detail page shows your custom values right under Specifications — matching the columns you've chosen.
