Customers visiting your online store can now tap a floating chat button to open a conversation with you directly in Facebook Messenger.
How to set it up
- In your dashboard, go to the Storefront CMS editor and open the Footer inspector.
- Paste your Messenger link (e.g.
https://m.me/yourpage) into the Messenger Link field. - Toggle Enable Facebook Chat Button on.
- Save — the button appears on your storefront immediately.
How it looks
A blue Messenger icon floats in the bottom-right corner of every storefront page. On mobile it sits just above the bottom navigation bar so it never overlaps your store's controls.
Turning it off
Flip the toggle off (or clear the Messenger link) in the Footer inspector to hide the button.
