Track Who Owes You with Cash Receivables

Stashlify Team

See every pay-later sale, who owes you, when it's due, and record payments as they come in.

Sell on credit? You can now keep every "pay later" sale in one place and always know exactly who owes you, how much, and by when. No more chasing scraps of paper or a separate notebook.

When a customer takes their items now and pays later, the sale becomes a cash receivable. The new Receivables page gives you the whole picture at a glance.

What you get:

  • Receivables by customer — everyone who still owes you, their balance, and their payment schedule (the due date and the agreed term)
  • Color-coded status — green means on track, amber means due soon, red means overdue, so the accounts that need a follow-up jump right out
  • Payment progress — the amount paid so far is shaded from red to green, so you can see who's barely started and who's almost settled
  • Collections journal — a running record of every payment you've received, filterable by day, week, or month
  • Live totals — money still on the street, how much is overdue, and how soon your expected payments are coming in

How it works:

Open your Dashboard and go to Sales → Receivables. Pick a customer to see their full statement — every item, what they've paid, and what's left. When they hand over cash or pay to your bank, hit Receive Payment and enter the amount. Partial payments are welcome; the balance updates instantly, and the sale settles itself once it's fully paid.

Made a mistake entering a payment? You can void it with a reason, and the balance corrects itself. You can also print or email an order slip for any receivable, and export the whole list to PDF or Excel whenever you need it for your records.
