One Price List Per Customer
Head to Price Lists, pick a customer, and add the products they get a deal on. Search and bulk-add several products at once, then set each negotiated price. Each customer has exactly one list — open it any time to edit.
Auto-Pricing Discount
Don't want to type every price? Leave a product on Auto and set a percentage or fixed discount — every auto product is priced off its list price instantly. A live breakdown shows what the customer will pay per product.
It Just Works at Checkout
When you add that customer to a sale, their negotiated prices apply across the cart and inventory list automatically — shown with a green Negotiated badge and the original price struck through. The cashier can still override any price, and any order-level discount stacks on top.
Nothing to remember at the counter — pick the customer, and the right prices are already there.
