Preview a clean, professional invoice for any sale, then download it as a PDF or email it straight to the customer — from checkout or from Sales History.

Every completed sale can now become a polished invoice you can hand to your customer — no spreadsheets, no manual paperwork.

Preview Before You Send

After a sale, tap Invoice to open a clean A4 preview — your store details, the customer, the line items, and the total. Review it first, then choose what to do. You can flip back to the thermal receipt anytime.

Download or Email in One Click

Download PDF for your records or a printout, or type the customer's email and hit Send — the invoice goes straight to their inbox with the PDF attached. The recipient is pre-filled from the customer on the sale.

Re-Send Any Past Sale

Open any transaction in Sales History and the same Invoice option is there — so you can re-issue or re-send an invoice long after the sale.

Always Consistent

Invoices show a clear PAID status and the same control number as the receipt and Sales History (INV-…, plus the POS-… / ORD-… reference), so everything ties together. Negotiated prices and discounts are reflected exactly as charged.
